• Do you have a minimum stay ?
We’ve a minimum 3 night stay policy, but are confident that after your first night you’ll be glad of the second and third!
• Do you accept children ?
The Mas is on a hill and being an old house has split levels throughout with several sets of steps, we also have electrified fencing to keep the sheep and dog in, whilst the wild boar out; for these reasons we regret that we’re unable to accept children under the age of 14.
• Do you take a deposit ?
We take a 50% holding deposit that is fully refundable subject to our cancellation policy below, we have found people tend to book multiple properties and then cancel at the last minute which blocks our rooms and means our other potential guests are “locked out”, so if you feel Le Mas des Romarins is right for you we ask for a holding deposit.
• What is your cancellation policy ?
We have a 30 day cancellation policy, any bookings cancelled 31 days or longer prior to your booked arrival date we will refund in full. For any cancellations 30 days or under from the booking arrival date, we will charge the 50% holding deposit.
• Do you accept pets ?
Whilst we have a dog and four sheep as well as chickens of our own, they’re all roam free, hence we regret that we are unable to accept any pets.
• How many people can you accomodate per room ?
The rooms are spacious and each have a very comfortable king sized bed, but have been designed such that extra beds are not possible, so if you have children over 14 with you they would need to have their own room, we’re sure they’ll be as thankful as you might be !
• Do you offer Tables d’hôtes ?
No, but we’ve a table reserved every evening in the name of the Mas des Romarins, at three of our best local restaurants, which means we hope to always have a table for you at the places where we eat and recommend. Just let us know the evening before or at breakfast and we can allocate one of the tables to you on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Do you offer catering facilites ?
As we are a bed and breakfast and not a holiday rental we are unable to offer cooking facilities in our rooms. However, we’ve put in a new pool house with a fully equipped summer kitchen; for guests to prepare light meals and sit under the shade of our great centennial olive tree.
• What is there to see and do in Fayence ?
We’ve revamped and added a lot of new content to our website – grouping content we think will be of real interest to you into three new sections, Well-being with detail on our range of treatments available, Living well with all the great things to see and do locally and Activities for the more sporting amongst you who want to get out and get active.
